License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DNS Stack Private Limited ("Licensor") for the Utility Server CDN Manager plugin software ("Software").
1. Grant of License
1.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Use
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on your personal WordPress websites
- Use the Software for non-commercial purposes only
- Receive updates and support as provided by Licensor
2. Restrictions
2.1 You May NOT:
- Commercial Use: Use the Software for any commercial purpose without a separate commercial license
- Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the Software
- Modify: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works
- Share: Share your copy with others or make it publicly available
- Remove Branding: Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Claim Ownership: Present the Software as your own work
3. NOT Open Source
Important: This Software is proprietary and NOT released under any open source license. All source code and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DNS Stack Private Limited.
Common open source licenses (GPL, MIT, Apache, etc.) do NOT apply to this Software.
4. Commercial Licensing
4.1 Commercial Use Definition
Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
- Using the Software for business websites
- Providing services to clients using the Software
- Incorporating the Software into commercial products
- Using the Software to generate revenue

5. Intellectual Property Rights
DNS Stack Private Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
Protected Elements:
- Source code and compiled binaries
- User interface and design elements
- Documentation and help materials
- Branding: Utility Server, RHINO, MARLIN logos and names
- Algorithms and business logic
6. Free for Personal Use
The Software is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. This means:
- ✅ Personal blogs and hobby websites
- ✅ Educational purposes
- ✅ Testing and development
- ❌ Business websites
- ❌ Client projects
- ❌ Revenue-generating sites
7. Term and Termination
7.1 Term
This license is effective until terminated.
7.2 Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must:
- Immediately cease all use of the Software
- Delete all copies of the Software from your systems
- Certify in writing that you have complied (if requested)
8. No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
10. Updates and Support
Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, and support at its sole discretion. There is no guarantee of continued support or updates.
11. Entire Agreement
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DNS Stack Private Limited regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
13. Acceptance
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
